When the governor announced last Thursday that restaurants could re-open with certain restrictions on Saturday, it was a big sigh of relief for the restaurant scene. But in many cases, most eateries just weren’t ready to open up their dining rooms.
Some just needed a bit more time.
Following is a round-up of some Summerlin-area restaurants that have now re-opened or have announced a date to do so.
Jing in Downtown Summerlin has announced it will open its dining room on Friday, May 15, with a full menu. It’s new hours will be 4-9 p.m. nightly.
Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant in Downtown Summerlin will open Friday, May 15. Hours are noon to 8 p.m. daily.
Marche Bachcus re-opens Thursday, May 14, with its outdoor terrace seating patrons at 2620 Regatta Dr. in The Lakes. Call 702-804-8008 for reservations.
Numerous dine-in options are also available in Boca Park: Sunny Side Up, Hussong’s Cantina and Sambalatte, Kona Grill, Grimaldi’s and Jason’s Deli.
In the Grammercy, Pinche’s Tacos and The Cuppa are now open for dine-in.
