The Skye Canyon master-plan was recently voted as the “Best of Las Vegas” bronze winner by the readers of the Las Vegas Review-Journal and now, Skye Canyon is adding another “Best of Las Vegas” winner to the community in The Elysian at Skye Canyon apartment complex, which has developed a brand of upscale apartment complexes across the Las Vegas Valley.
Elysian at Skye Canyon opened in November and held its ribbon cutting celebration on Dec. 12.
“I love Elysian and the (parent company) Calida Group is because one of the my goals in running for office is to create community,” said Nancy Bruce, who represents Ward 6 on the Las Vegas City Council. “And when you walk into one of the Calida Group properties and Elysian properties specifically is it is very clear is they intentionally built to community into their design and amenities.”
The new Elysian at Skye Canyon is located at 8888 N. Grand Canyon Drive. It features a 9,000 square foot clubhouse designed for relaxation and socialization with a wi-fi lounge, game lounge and hospitality/coffee lounge.
It also includes a state-of-the-art fitness center with a variety of cardio and strength training equipment. There is also a massage room, resort-style pool and outdoor lounge area.
Brune said this property will also be a benefit to the military personnel at Creech Air Force Base in Indian Springs.
“This particular property is located so close to Creech and I’m very confident we’ll have a lot of our Air Force men and women living here,” Brune said.
